One of our clients in suburban Maryland (Metro accessible) is looking for an attorney with 2-5 years of experience to work primarily in the Commercial Lending practice group.

In this role you would work alongside experienced and highly skilled senior attorneys in a range of matters including significant commercial loan transactions (including real estate loans, floor plan financings, government-guaranteed loans, such as SBA 7(a) and 504 loans, construction loans, and other asset-based loans), loan document negotiations, loan structuring, and the modification and workout of lending matters. The Associates frequently work directly with clients helping them achieve their many business objectives.

You must have excellent academic credentials and prior work experience drafting commercial lending and other transactional documents and working on complex business purchase transactions at a private law firm. In addition, you must demonstrate high standards of professional excellence, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, ability to work well with others and a strong work ethic.
